Rev. Prof. Philbert Vumilia, the Vice-Chancellor of Mwenge Catholic University, emphasizes that NGLP is not just about enrolling in a program but rather about embodying the leadership values taught and applying them effectively. In an interview, he explained, “Enrolling in a specific program does not make you a leader. When you go out there, how do you bring those values you’ve learned?
