The NGLP Board:

The Next Generation Leadership Programme in Kenya is administered by a Board, which acts as Selection Committee that awards scholarships and oversees the management of the programme through the Executive Secretary. 

The Board is governed by a Memorandum of Understanding and a Board Charter which sets out the Board’s way of working and key aspects related to the NGLP programme. Its overarching purpose of the Board is to oversee the successful implementation of the NGLP and ensure that the Programme attains its vision, mission and mandate in an optimal way.

The Board membership comprises of three representatives from local and international religious congregations, an Alumni member and a representative from the Association of Sisterhoods of Kenya.  In addition of three ex-officio members being representatives of the management of the host university.
